Does an official WAA store exist?

There is not an official store or a WAA concept store, except our concept store in New York (address available in the website, on the part “Concept store”)

How can I know which size should I chose?

A guide for size is available in our website, here it is:

My product is defective, what is the procedure to follow?

  • Send by email to the following address: your order number, the name of the concerned product, a description of the observed default, and also a picture of the product.
  • The Company WAA, will analyse then the conformity of the request and will validate or not the qualification of “defective product”.
  • In case of validation of your request, the procedure for the return is the following:
    • To send the defective product to the following address: IGL - WAA, 10 rue Gustave Eiffel, 91070 BONDOUFLE, France. Add a note explaining the problem encountered (defective product), and also the bill corresponding to your order. Conserve the tracking number of your return package.
    • The return of the product will lead to a product exchange.

This right is only applicable for products validated as defective by the company WAA and if the procedure of return written above has been followed

Can I exchange my product or to be reimbursed?

If the product that you have received is not appropriate for you, you have the possibility to give it back following the procedure that follows. You can ask for an exchange of the product in the 14 days that follow your purchase (for the same product, in a different size or colour, as long as it is available in our stocks) or a reimbursement. The product returned has to be new, and to have the clothing label. You will be contacted when we will receive your product, in order to inform you about the expedition of your new article or about an eventual reimbursement.

Add a note explaining what you aim for (reimbursement or exchange, stating the size or colour wished, and writing as much visible as you can), and a photocopy of the facture.

Keep with you the tracking number in case of problem with the delivery.

Once we receive your article, we will send you the product wished or we will start the process of reimbursement.

Are there products destined to women in the WAA Cycling range?

The WAA Cycling range is recent, for the moment, there are not yet products for women available to sale. We are thinking about the possibility to develop prototypes of the WAA Cycling Woman collection.

Where are developed the WAA products?

The WAA products are designed and developed in France in our Parisian locals. They are then produced in China in our sorted factories, to guarantee an excellent quality of product.

How to be informed when the new products are out?

For this, you can register to our newsletter at the moment of your account creation in our website or at the moment to access your client account if you already have one.


How to use your promotional code?

If you possess a promotional code, you can enter it in the corresponding box at the “Panier” step in our website, before preceding to the payment.

Which method can I use to pay my order?

The payment is done by payment card directly in our website, and is totally secure.


Is it possible to deliver my package to a different address than the one of invoicing?

Yes, it is possible to have different addresses of invoicing and delivery, it is only necessary to write them at the moment of the order.

Can I deliver my package in a different country than the one where I did my order?

This action is not possible, the delivery has to be done in the country where the order has been done. For a delivery in France, you have to make the order in the French website.

How can I follow the delivery of my package?

If you want to follow the delivery of the package, you need to contact our client service ( or 00 33 1 84 17 55 86). We will then give you the tracking number of your package.

Can I modify the address of delivery even if the order has been sent?

It is impossible to modify the address of delivery once your order has been validated. Once it is validated by our system, we will try to deliver the products as soon as possible.

My package has not been delivered, what should I do?

If you have done an order and you did not receive the articles, contact our client service. We will do our best to find an optimal solution to the problem found.

Which company is in charge of the expedition and the delivery of the order?

The expedition of the order is directed by the logistic company IGL and the delivery is ensured by “La Poste” (Colissimo or Chronopost) 

What are the delivery times?

WAA Ultra is not directly responsible of the delivery times as we are doing it threw an exterior provider. Once the package has been shipped, the delivery times for France are from 1 to 2 working days if you have chosen the express delivery, and from 3 to 5 working days if you have chosen the standard delivery.

Out of France, the standard delivery is the only one possible. The period varies between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the country of destination.

What are the delivery costs?

In France, the delivery costs are of 9€ for orders where the amount is inferior to 50€. They are offered for amounts superior to 50€ and you also have the possibility to opt for an express delivery, where the cost is of 15€.

Out of France, the delivery costs are variable depending on the country. You have the possibility to estimate the delivery charges when you are in your shopping cart, on the website. The delivery charges are offered for expeditions in Europe if the amount of the order is superior to 99€.

Is it possible to order WAA products from every country in the world?

We deliver in all the countries of the world, except countries which are in war situations or involved in a conflict. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us to ensure that we deliver in your country.

How to be part of the WAA Team?

The WAA team is an ambassador’s team of the brand situated everywhere in the world. They promote the brand during the trainings and competitions but also with their community on their social media. To become a member, you just need to apply at the end of the year to try to join the team the following year. We will communicate in due course about the modalities in order to integrate the WAA Team.
