RETURN PROCEDURE

Would you like to return your WAA product for an exchange or refund?

You will find below our easy product return procedure:

If you have an account registered in WAA:

  1. Go to "My Returns" in the "My Account" menu.
  2. Select an order from the dropdown list and click on the ‘Return’ button.
  3. Select the item you want to return or exchange from the dropdown list, and fill in the requested information – Item Condition, Reason to Return, Quantity to Return, Resolution – Refund or Replace. You can add or remove items until your Return is adjusted, and then click on the submit button.

If you do not have an account:

  1. Follow the link.
  2. Insert your order number, billing last name, and email address, and then clock on the ‘Continue’ button.
  3. Select the item you want to return or exchange from the dropdown list, and fill in the requested information – Item Condition, Reason to Return, Quantity to Return, Resolution – Refund or Replace. You can add or remove items until your Return request is adjusted, and then click on the "submit request" button.

That’s it! Our Customer service team will contact you with information on how to proceed with your return/exchange.

The procedure after that is as follows:

You will receive an email confirmation for your RMA (Return merchandise authorization). The status of your request at this stage is "New".

Once received by the Customer Service Team, the status of your RMA will be changed to "Processing".

To return the goods, you need to print out the shipping labels and attach them to your parcel. You can access the printable labels in the "My Returns" menu.

Send the parcel to the address indicated. Please also put a copy of the shipping labels in the package.

After shipping, please change the status of your return to "Product shipped" - go to "My Returns" in the "My Account" menu. This is important because this way the warehouse will wait for your return.

Once received in the warehouse, your RMA status will be changed to "Product received".

Depending on your request – exchange or return, your product will be replaced or you will be refunded. This will change the status of your RMA to "Complete".
